Jobseeker - I am having issues submitting a questionnaire...

NOTE:  If you are having trouble submitting your questionnaire, please be sure to turn off your pop-up blocker before submitting.

If turning off your pop-up blockers does not resolve the issue, refer to the following:

Possible Issue:
There is information missing from a required field.
Solution:
Check to make sure all required fields have been completed.


Possible Issue:
The session has timed out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Solution:
Close all windows you are working in and re-open the questionnaire by clicking on the link in the email you received.

Possible Issue:
General system issue or technical problem.
Solution:
1. Close your browser and other applications that maybe running then re-open and re-submit your questionnaire.
2. In the event you are still experiencing trouble, please try restarting your entire system.
